Using Particular Vitamins That Help Acne

I did some research about acne and vitamins and decided to give it a try to see if it would help my face. Here's what happened.

I found out that Vitamin A is suppose to help with infection. The B vitamins are suppose to give healthy skin and that having a deficiency in B6 has been linked to causing acne. Vitamin E helps to boosts my immune system. My skin seems to be a bit better since I started including vitamins in my diet each day. Hopefully, this will continue and one day I'll be acne free!
