My Vitamin Journey

For about the last two months I have consistently been taking a bunch of vitamins in addition to doing my usual acne treatment stuff. What I have found is that my skin is clearing up more than ever before. I don't know which vitamins are actually helping because I take a good multiple. But I did specifically research acne and vitamins and discovered that Vitamins A, E, B's and Zinc are all supposed to be helpful, so I make sure that I get plenty of these.
I have also been working at not eating bad food and drinking more water.
Aside from the great results I'm getting with my face, I also feel like I have more energy and healthier as a whole.
